Homes We've Renovated

See what happens after we buy.

We buy houses as-is, then do the work ourselves. These are real homes we've purchased and renovated so another family could move in.

Terrell · Kaufman County · Manufactured home

From inherited fixer-upper to move-in ready

We bought this double-wide as-is from Donna, who inherited it after her sister passed away. It needed extensive work, and she didn't have to fix a thing. We took on the full transformation ourselves: new flooring throughout, a brand-new kitchen, both bathrooms redone, fresh paint, new fixtures, a refreshed fireplace and a new back deck. Today it's home to another family.

South Fort Worth · Tarrant County · Single-family home with pool

From green pool to sparkling: a full Fort Worth refresh

We bought this brick home as-is. It came with a green, neglected pool and a house that needed real work inside. We cleaned up and restored the pool, laid new flooring throughout, updated the kitchen with new finishes and lighting, remodeled the bathroom and repainted the whole house. The result is a bright, move-in-ready home with a backyard a family can actually enjoy.
